The yoga tradition offers the integrative tools of gentle physical movement, breathwork, affirmation, sound, meditation, and relaxation techniques for self-aware transformation. Balance of body, mind, and spirit helps us to live more fully. With Healing Path Yoga you can develop the foundations of a healthy yoga practice. Beginners are welcome as no experience is necessary to start a practice of yoga.

Jessica Byron MD, E-RYT500, TIYT, C-IAYT

Jessica is a retired physician, registered yoga teacher, trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist*. She has been a student of yoga and meditation for over 35 years and teaches in order to share with students the experience of yoga as a path of self-discovery and transformation, respectful of each student’s gifts, talents, beliefs, and values.

*The yoga therapy components of my instruction and practice are based on my training with Integrative Yoga Therapy, not derived from my status as an RYT® with Yoga Alliance Registry.
